Thanks John.

Just a quick word to say what a great workshop John gave.   Aside from "knowing his stuff" as an experienced Yoga teacher, his presentation on superfoods was very well organized and thought out, complete with samples fo us to try.

It was obvious that he has put a lot of work into building up his knowledge and his presentation.

I was also grateful that a completely inflexible, yoga newbie like myself could fell comfortable and go at a pace which felt great for my body and meanwhile he also found a way to stretch and teach new techniques to other more experienced people at the other end of the spectrum.

Thanks again.   :)

Hello, John,

What can i tell - if i could have a personal yoga instructor, it would be u. I've been in a couple of lessons at few different schools. And it's the 1st time, i got everything i needed  - working muscles, streching, flexibility.

And berry coctail was very nice:)

With best best regards

I.

I do not know if it is yoga or the raw chocolate or the superfood soomthie, I feel extremely good and relax this morning. I am a yoya beginner, so the practice I did at the wkd was a bit advance, however, I enjoyed it completely. Big thanks to John, he was great in gving intructions on all those complicated positions. After all the hard work, i feel really good now =) Definitely, I would try to make superfood soomthie myself.

I would be interested in attending something similar in the future!
