It was lovely to listen to Mark Sherman and his quartet at Chorus in Lausanne Saturday evening. Anne did a great job organizing the event.

The dinner was excellent but the show just marvelous. Mark Sherman (Vibraphone), Allen Farnham (piano), Dean Johnson (bass), and Tim Horner (Drums) came on stage at 9:10 and took their final bows at 11:15 pm. Amazing.

What was not so amazing were the number of Glocalers who had RSVP'd but did not show up: Anne Catherine F, Filomena, Stijin, Ludovic M, Steven H, Soleil07, Annaania, and Fede A. Apparently, organizing an event and making reservations do not amount to much in their minds.
