The 1-day travelpass for the Half-Fare travelcard is valid for travel by train,
boat and post bus as well as by tram and bus in most Swiss towns, cities. The
1-day travelpass is available for first or second class and is valid throughout
the GA area of validity. To be able to benefit from a 1-day travelpass, you need to be in possession of a Half-Fare travelcard. Incidentally, if you want to treat yourself to first-class travel for a change, you’ll be pleased to know that there is a favourably-priced class upgrade for a day available too.
