Ola!
Am looking into going to Brasil for several weeks in nov-dec and wondered about good kitesurf schools there. Also looking for tips on possibly good sailing, windsurfing, yoga. After which going to the Amazon(from Manaus) -- so if anyone's got some advice it'd be most welcome!
Am planning to go solo, but good company (people enjoying sports, culture and most of all good laughs!) would be most welcome :)

Keep going at it though as it is hard work. I have a small training kite here in geneva with me so if its a windy day we could go for a kite flying afternoon!

Hi,
I'm also planning to go kiting and windsurfing end of December (I also practice yoga...It's great : it's rare to meet a woman who practice all these activities!).
First I also had Bresil in mind but having checked the prices of the plane tickets from mid dec to mi-jan, I've changed my mind. I'll probably book everything this morning but I am thinking at going kiting and windsurfing in Le Vauclin Martinique + one week wild trip in Dominica (little Island in the French Carribbean).
Had you discovered any other great trip kite + amazon in the meantime, please let me know...
Cheers...

A great place for kitesurfing is Jericoacoara in Ceara state
www.jericoacoara.com
Best thing is to fly to Fortaleza with TAP via Lisbon so you avoid SP or Rio airports and shorten the flight.
I heard also Cabo Frio in state Rio de Janeiro is good, but have never been there.
Enjoy, Brazil is a fantastic place and so are its people !
