I'm going to Como Lake with a friend for a week end
It sounds beautiful
Do you have any ideas of nice (and not too expensive) hotels? restaurants? places to be seen?
I'm also looking for ideas about nice places to stop by while going to Como Lake from Geneva

The foxtown mall in Mendrisio near Lugano is the best outlet mall in Switzerland. It carries all the best name brands such as Gucci, Prada, Versace, Nike, Adidas, and has a Casino as well!

I went to Como last year and it was amazing! I cant remember which hotel we stayed in but if you look on the internet you eill be able to find lots of good deals or if you have nothing just drive around the waterfront in Como and ask each hotel if they have any availability. Tourism office on site is a good idea as well.
You can take a boat ride on the lake which is great on a sunny day. You can get off at Bellaggio which a very charming little town.
And while you're there have lots of Gelato!
