Paris Hotels?
I am looking for a reasonable, clean hotel with a bathroom inside for under 100 euros-  for the 24th-26th of september. Not in terribly shabby shape! Any recommendations?

Hhhm - can't believe you've had 13 views and no suggestions!  With such a limited budget, you could do a lot worse than www.timhotel.com.  They're a bit more than a pension-style, but good value for money and you don't have to climb over the bed to get to the bathroom!  I've stayed in the Monmatre one - nice, quiet area and close to everything. Good luck and enjoy :-)

have a look to www.booking.com. prices are usually pretty good (heavily discounted)
they have a section with people comments so you can get an idea about the hotel and location

http:/parisapartment.free.fr   it is a bed and breakfast owned by a retired engineer.  under 75 euro per night.  it is in a very nice 2 bedroom apartment.  The actual price is less than what's posted there if you contact the owner directly.

Try the ACCOR brands especially Ibis and Mercure.  It's the biggest french brand of hotel chains and so there are many many all around paris.  It depends on how close to the centre you want to be but it can be from 55 to over 100 euros for a room the closer/further you are from the centre.  Just make sure its near one or two metro lines to save you time. The metro is good and fairly reliable without being a ripoff.

Bonne Chance!

I dont know any at your price but here are the searches I use

http://www.skyscanner.net/hotels/SearchResults.aspx?fileName=Paris&languageCode=EN&brandId=null&r12=112992188&tabId=Details&rateTabId=rateViewSimple&checkin=2009-09-24&checkout=2009-09-26&sort=MinRate-asc&locationId=-18288&distance=2&currencyCode=CHF&Adults=1&Rooms=1&lowRate=40&highRate=3290

and then I start looking at the recommendations and reviews here (because many in Paris are terrible)....

http://www.tripadvisor.com/Hotels-g187147-Paris_Ile_de_France-Hotels.html

good luck!
