Where to buy cheap trian ticket from GVA to Milan and Venice？

Hello all,

I am planning a trip with a friend to go to Italy, the route would be GVA-Milan-Venice-GVA, I heard there are tickets from GVA to Milan only cost 19Euro, and from Milan to Venice is around 20Euro, But I couldn't find them anywhere. Could anybody give us some advices? Tks.

And it would be nice if somebody is planning to drive to Milan or Venice from GVA, we would love to go with you and share the cost. We are two people currently and the travel date is in the week of Feb.22rd. Please let me know!

Hi,

I think it's just special offers that come once in a while on tgv-europe.

I just arrived to Geneva yesterday from Verona for 28 euros. ordered it on tgv-europe.com two weeks ago, it was a one time offer instead of 80 euros.

check it out, they might have special deals from time to time.

you should look on www.sbb.ch

as long as you book 14 days before, you can find for 19 EUR one way.

You need to navigate in the website all the way to the selection of the trip, do not worry if you see 101 CHF... you will have an option to select a different fare vs the standard fare.

You need to select fare type: SMART or SMART2
