Suggestions for windsurf holiday with small child

I would like to take a holiday in May somewhere with warm water, good winds and most of all safe and child friendly for my 9 month old baby.

I know a lot of people go to Egypt to Windsurf but I'm not sure it's suitable for babies. I have heard that a lot of people catch stomach illnesses there.

If anyone has any ideas I'd be very greatful.
