This is a bicycle delivery service within the city of Geneva. They have various zones depending on from where in the city they are delivering. (e.g. caddie-service at Ikea won't deliver across the river, etc...)

I use caddie service on a weekly basis. They always deliver at the time I request. On occasion the delivery has been 10 to 15 minutes late.
Since I don't enjoy carrying heavy bags home from COOP, I think caddie service is great.

We got our stuff, but it was over two hours after the designated delivery time and required a return trip to Ikea because there was no phone number that got us to a live person. Our bags hadn't even left the store at that point; it was a frustrating and annoying experience.
If the service worked, it would be a reasonably-priced, awesomely environmentally responsible way of transporting goods. I'm not sure I have the time to waste to give them a second chance.
