Lovely place... amazing setting but for quality of treatments there are better places in Geneva...
I loved this place and only tried for a massage, everything was perfect, but it is better to reserve your most favorite therapist long time in advance.
Expensive but worth it! This was a gift certificate from my mum and i really did enjoy it. Now back to work and reality :-( ps. Swimming pool is unreal.
"For the money and the name, I have to say I expected better. It was a present from a friend, I added money to have 1h30 Thai massage and as often happens, I didn't get 1h30. The masseuse arrived 5 minutes late, then gave me 5 minutes to change, then 5 minutes to discuss what I wanted, then massage and then 10 minutes for me to get changed. I think that if I had booked 1 hour I would have probably ended with as much massage. This I expect when I pay less but not from La Reserve. On the good points: the decor is great, the welcome friendly. But at that price, I have seen better."
La Reserve is beautiful. I loved the swimming pool and the decor was fabulous. Went to the pool and fitness during my pregnancy. Very luxurious.
"Quality vs price? Not worth the money to get a manicure here. I went on the weekend beauty package. While I was getting my facial, a manicurist and a pedicurist came into the room and started poking me and doing my nails because they wanted to fit another customer in instead of giving me the experience I had paid 1500chf for. To make up for it, they did offer a hair cut (hair and massages are the best I've ever had! That's what I go back for) The pool is for residents only."

Each beauty treatment is carried out in the comfort of a heated bed and VERY professional staff who are descreat and accomidating. Swimming pool and private changing rooms at your disposal for any treatment and the selection of teas, fruit and herbal waters (all free of charge) after are enough to keep any customer satisfied."
