Sunday, April 11th, 2010 @ 10:00
, Basel
DETAILS of April 11 ride:
Meeting Time: 10 am
RAIN: Ride Cancelled
Bring Passport
Bring Euro
My Cell: 079.674.5327
Meeting place: End of Tram 8 Kleinhuningen. Meet at Tram stop!
Ride Route: We will depart through Weil am Rhein and turn onto the route along the Rhine - I believe this is called the Rheintalweg. The ride follows along the Rhine, very nice. There are places to stop for drinks and snacks, but please bring along food and drinks as you wish.
Destination: Bad Bellingen, approxilately 30 km, but that is a destination, we will ride as far as we like. For those that go to Bad Bellingen we can ride to the train station and take the train back to Basel. For those that chose to not go all the way then we can make the return ride back to Kleinhuningen.
Reservations: Please let me know via email if you can make it!
Any type of bike is welcomed. But riders should ensure that their bikes are in safe working order. Helmets and other protective equipment should be utilized.
The ride organizers are NOT responsible for rider safety. Riders ride at their own risk.
Thanks,
Roland c (roland.conwell@mac.com)
