If you want: to start gently an open air activity
to give some way to help everybody to find her/his own movement
(we will focus with exercises to help, to find the right hip position

to really improve the way you run
to have a sportive socializing activity
Whatever your age or your level, the Geneva Runners Academy is for you!

The goal is to give you some ways to explore to find your own running movement in a safe way!

We propose about 45 min training with a mix of basics exercises and some 10' running
