Don't know what to do in this dreadfully freezing weather this weekend? Then come to the SOS Chats cat shelter this weekend to stay warm and help make the home of its residents a cleaner place!

SOS Chats Cat shelter houses around 150 abandoned cats, rabbits, rats and ferrets. The shelter is run soley by volunteers so we always need help with the daily cleaning e.g. scooping cat poo, cleaning cages, floor mopping etc.

When?

4th February 2012 Saturday 9.30 am - 12.30 pm ( Stay as long as you like)
5th Feb 2012 Sunday 12 pm - 4 pm ( Stay as long as you like =)

2 chemin de plantin, 1217 Meyrin

How to get there?

Take tram 14, get off at Jardin Alpin Varaium (14 mins from Gare Cornavin)
Cross the tramway and get to the side of route de meyrin where there are no shops, walk back to the direction of the city, when you see TAMOIL gas station on your left side right across the road ( the other side of route de Meyrin) then go up the stairs ( not the first set, go up the second set of steps) on your right ( you should see garage Bruno on your right), follow the path and you'll see the shelter at the end.
A short 3-minute walk will take you to the shelter

Interested but can't come to help?

We go there every weekend. If you can't come this weekend you can always join us next time. If you can't come at all there are always other ways to help. e.g. donate money, old clothes, blankets, towels for cat bedding, food, toys, fruit and vegetables for rabbits and pigs, sponsor a cat etc....
