Free Boxing and Self-Defense training

This training is dedicated to everybody who want to get some basics about martial arts and get fit.
- place: 12 rue des Pavillons (first door on the right downstairs) , 1205 Geneva. Please note that the code to doors will be only provided to subscribed participants via form at the top.
- time: 2pm - 3pm
- cost: 0 frs
If possible please bring your own mats. You are also welcome to bring any boxing/martial arts equipment (like boxing wraps, gloves etc.)
Training plan:
- 10 min warm up -including stomach, neck and Pilates lower back exercises
- 10 min stretching combined with yoga adapted for boxers
- 10 min boxing basics (boxing stand and hits)
- 10 min self defense - palm strikes
- 10 min boxing and reflex group exercises
