Tuesday is set to be yet another 35+ scorcher so for a change we are going to move the venue from the usual city centre spots and go down to the lake. A couple of regulars asked if it could be moved to the afternoon for a change so let's' make it 2pm/14.00 this week. So an afternoon break by the waterside with coffee, for those that feel the urge for a hit of the good stuff or perhaps a nice cooling ice cream. I am sure many of you will know the venue already and Tara and I have already dropped in there for coffee.

Venue: Les Pierres du Niton (the Café by Neptune's Stones)

This seasonal cafe is on the lake side just across from the bottom of Blvd. Helvetique or if you are coming from the city centre it is the first café you will come to when walking through Jardin Anglais towards the Jet d'Eau. It is next to the the black and white paddle steamer moored permanently at Quai Gustave-Ador.
