Poetry readings
Monday, October 30th, 2017 @ 19:30
MLC Librairie Café, rue de Carouge 98 (near Augustins tram stop), Geneva
Another bring-your-own poetry event: choose a poem you particularly like, read it to the group, and talk about it for a couple of minutes (for example, the poet, the context and why it speaks to you).
Non-English poems are welcome, but do please bring along a translation (you can also read a few lines of the original if you wish).
Please don't feel obliged to read, you can just listen if you prefer!
Depending on the group size, we may have time for have a second round of readings, so bring a second poem if you're keen!
The event is free of charge, although as a courtesy to the café owner we do ask that you buy a drink during the evening.
Do please RSVP if you're attending, and cancel your attendance if your plans change.
Any questions, just ask!
