This is a group for people in the Lausanne region who would like to have the opportunity to run together and have a drink afterwards (optional of course).

It is for all levels and abilities, even beginners. Anyone who wants to get out of the gym and enjoy the outdoors is welcome to join us! Its very motivating to run in a group, especially in the winter. Now is the time to build up the foundation for all those exciting races next spring.

We meet up every Wednesday at 7pm by the three headed water "fountain" next to the pedaloes/Chateau in Ouchy (lakeside). Bring a 10 CHF note and we can all grab a beer or coke at the MGM bar afterwards...

We usually run about 10 K, sometimes more, sometimes less and adapt the speed to the runners present. We run in all weathers and during all seasons.

Please bring your head torch if you have one because some parts of our run is not properly lighted.

Also, please try to sign up if you intend to come so we know to wait for you. You're of course welcome to show up anyway but it helps to know how many people are coming.
