YOUR TRANSACTIONAL ANALYSIS
Transactional Analysis (TA as often being referred to) is one of the most accessible theories of modern psychology, founded by Eric Berne in late 1950s. It is famous for PAC model, Parent-Adult-Child theory.
A simple and easy way to understand the theory with various creative exercises, you will take away and see:
• how you ‘transact’ with other people and move within the model in different circumstances
• the pattern of behaviours and the ability to change the behaviours
• how you can take it further in your daily life
