One Spot Remaining - Int. Glacier Training & Test Peak

Come along with the Geneva Rock Climbing Group for Intermediate Glacier Training in Chamonix - the second step on your way to a Mont Blanc trek! Only one spot left!
Pre-requisite: You MUST have already taken Intro Glacier Training to attend this event! If you have not already done this training it may endanger you and the others on the trip. If you are unsure of your ability, feel free to contact our guides at +41.78.800.1118. They will be able to better assess your abilities. Also, it is understood that you must be comfortable being at high altitude. The "test peak" we will be doing is >4000m.
Place: Chamonix, France/Aosta, Italy
Meeting point: Gare Cornavin, Geneva @ 7:45am
Date/Time: 2 June, full day lesson from 9:00am, stay up in a hut overnight at altitude, full day climb and descent, off the mountain by 16:00, back to Geneva at around 18:30 on 3 June
Level: Intermediate/Experienced
Cost: €450 per person for the lesson, about €45 for the lift ride to the glacier, and any additional tunnel fees, hut fees, and a share of the rental car and gas (in the past this has added up to around 100-150 francs). All equipment rental (normally €30) meaning properly prepared harness, helmet, clip-on crampons, ice axe and other technical equipment required is included except mountain boots, The only thing you need is clothing (like for skiing is fine), a daypack, food and liquids to drink, and warm mountain boots, which can be rented from the guides for €12 if needed.
