Has anyone been skiing today (14th December) near Geneva eg Morzine/Chamonix/La Clusaz etc and can report on what the conditions are like? Thinking about going toorrow but have heard it's pretty icy in most places...

I haven't been today, but can confirm it's icy with limited pistes in Leysin.

Last snowfall was end of November so the conditions have been gradually worse since then. we need fresh snow!

Been in Avoriaz today, you can rent for free many types of skis this weekend. Some slopes even had some powder off piste and generally a lot of fun
