Any people interested in backcountry skiing / ski touring / ski de randonnee over here?
I've been doing backcountry skiing for many years and would love getting together to explore the French Alps outside of ski resorts on the weekends.
You should be in good shape, be an experienced skier and have a basic knowledge of avalanche safety to be able to assess avalanche risks on your own.

Re destination, do you know the area around here? I found a couple of easy, medium-length skitours we could try out:
