As an alternative of an expansive and cold hotel, I do offer a cosy room to rent in a nice and clean flat, in the centre of les Praz de Chamonix, 2 kms away from Chamonix centre, charming village with all commodities (restaurants, grocery, etc..), and 3mins walking distance from the filt La Flégère.
The flat is just front of the bus station and walking distance from the Flégère lift, so you have access to a huge resort (Brévent/Flégère) without having to use your car. Car park facilities also.
The room has got its own bathroom, and toilets, dvd player, TV.
The kitchen is at disposal, with good equipments.
Can be short or longer stay.
