Hi Ignacio,

There are ski busses from Gare Routiere going to Chamonix etc

http://212.203.98.98/WD160AWP/WD160AWP.EXE/CONNECT/GRweb

Otherwise you can take the train to Verbier (Chable) and get out directly at the chairlift. www.sbb.ch

Have fun!

There's also a bus that goes from Gex to to Col de la Faucille/La Vattay. From GVA you take the normal F-bus to Gex.

Ignacio

The bus leaves early in the morning ...Chamonix is 1hr by bus from Gve, the bus waits till the end of the runs and brings you back.

Its perfect to ski for the day and many people do it regularly.

Ignacio, the buses Charlie is referring to are those mentioned and linked by rena up above - all info in on the website as a pdf, or you can search by date.
