SNOWBOARD FOR SALE

Hello,

I'm selling my old snowboard which is a women's Apo Isis 2006 size 146. Selling the board for 100 CHF. The board is in good condition. Obviously a few years old but still has quite a bit of pop in it and a medium flex. There are a few chips here and there on the board but nothing major. I've taken very good care of it and repaired any damage done to it as I've gone along. If you are interested, please message me on here. Thanks! Vanessa

Here is a link to the board:

Hi Vanessa,

My daughter is 160cm tall and she is new to snowboarding. Would your board suit her? Is there anything else to consider?

Hey Frank,

Your daughter could be the perfect match for the board. Got to consider her weight aswell. If she weighs less than 60kg then the board would suit her fine. The board doesn't come with bindings so you'd need to buy bindings for it too which you can easily find for cheap on the internet especially since she's a beginner. The board is classed as a beginner-intermediate level board so she'd be fine learning on it and it will also allow her to progress as she gets more comfortable. I hope this has helped!

Hi Vanessa,

Thanks for the advice. I checked with my daughter. She wants to see the board before buying it but she is not in Geneva yet (not until Dec 1) so I am afraid I have to hold off buying it for her. Thanks anyway.

Okay! No worries. Let me know if you want to take a look at it as I might not have sold it by then. :)

Height doesn't matter unless it's extreme, the only thing that matters is how much you weight. The board cannot feel how tall you are but it can feel how much you weight.

Theboard is in Morzine at the moment. Are you going to be around Morzine this weekend? If not, the earliest I can get it back to Geneva is next Sunday I'm afraid. I hope this isn't too much of a bother. If you weigh less than 60kg the board should be a good match.

Sunday is fine. Let me know a good time and where to meet you. Also, any reccomendations of where to buy bindings-either stores in Geneva or online? Cheers!

Okay awesome I shall let you know. It will be some time in the evening. For bindings, there are tonnes on ebay. That's probably the cheapest way of getting some. There also might be some second-hand bindings going for cheap on this site www.morzinemarche.com  ..what size shoe are you? I'm size 5 and use a size S binding. On ebay, just type in women's size S snowboard bindings.
