Ski Apartment Available for Seasonal Rent

Hello,

I will be renting out my apartment in Argentiere (Chamonix) this season. Right opposite the Grand Montets lift, the only high-altitude resort with reliable snow conditions. It is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom duplex (nobody above) with mezzanine that sleeps 6 people comfortably. Fireplace, large wrap-around balcony, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher, fast WiFi, ski locker, underground boxed parking garage - in a quiet small chalet-style buliding. This is an apartment of high standing in a fantastic location. The price will depend on exact rental period (Christmas and New Year are peak weeks and could be rented separately). It would be perfect for personal family use or to share with a group of friends/colleagues. If interested, let me know an e-mail address I can send you pictures and more details to.

Best wishes and looking forward to a great ski season!

Oliver

Hello Hay,

Thanks for your interest. I am breaking the Christmas and New Year weeks into two slots:

1) 21/22 Dec to 28/29 Dec: €2,500 euros

2) 28/29 Dec to 5/6 Jan: €3,000 euros

So dates are flexible but to take both Christmas and New Year could be quite expensive. Let me know if you want any more information.

Kind regards,

Oliver

Hi Oliver

We're a family of 4 interested in a full season rent.....  could possibly consider starting the week after Christmas, but whole season is preferred.  Can you let me know costs?  Thanks

Hello - thanks all for your interest! My apartment has now been rented for the season but my neighbour is also looking to rent out another apartment very nearby for the winter. This one can sleep 4 people: one main double bedroom, plus double sofa-bed in a seperate living area (can be partitioned from the main dining room). Nice big kitchen, one bathroom and ski-in off the Grand Montets slopes. Let me know if this appeals to any of you! :-)

Thanks,

Oliver
