i don't have a car, so what is the best way to arrive to the ski sites with all the ski equipment?

Why not come to Chamonix. By Geneva airport transfer is the best and just 30 € one way. I have a chalet bed and breakfast there. I can organise everything for you and your friends including room, food, ski teacher, rental, mountain pass etc. just let me know the dates, numbers of people and I will send you a quote.
