woudl anyone of you know where is the best Snow Shoe + fondue evening trekking close to Geneva and how to book for this week? heard Saint cergue is nice but some others not so good?

Is there any specific chalet for the fondue, I heard some have nice fondue, and some the fondue is ... good at all.
Do we have to book a guide? where can we rent snowshoe?
