I'll be doing the 10k.I heard it's a pretty flat course so should be good for a PB....
Anyone doing it/done it before? Let's hear some targets.
I'll pin my colours to a 43 mins 30 secs and report in after so see if I hit it (Nothing like a bit of self inflicted pressure to keep me running
