I have three cookbooks I no longer need; all were bought secondhand, but are in really good condition: The Microwave Gourmet by Barbara Kafka, The Silver Palate Cookbook (a true American classic) and The French Recipe Cookbook by Carole Clements (with gorgeous pictures)! I no longer use these because I became vegan earlier this year, and all of them contain meat recipes - now they're just taking up shelf space.
Trades considered: vegan/vegetarian recipe books are first preference; but anything else might be of interest (not necessarily just books... interesting propositions welcome!)
