Exchange: English for French

Hi,

My name is Chris. I am new to Geneva and I have just started teaching at Ecole Internationale. I am seeking rapid improvement with my French. I am a professional Language and Literature teacher of English. I studied English at Cambridge Univerisity so the credentials are fortified for your assurance.

If you wish to just do a "conversational" exchange we can exchange for free, obviously Wink. But if you want training for an exam, such as IELTs or wish me to proofread essays etc... we can discuss a small fee.

I look forward to meeting you all. Perhaps for more socials after the exchange too.

Quite right Catalin, apologies for the typo on "university". I humbly apologise. We are all human after all and sometimes makes some typing errors. You could have also pointed out the fragmented last sentence...or the spacing between the ellipsis and "we".

However, my professional creditials still stand as well as my pass rate for my students in IB English (100% 5-6s), IELT (7.5 and above 100% pass rate) and IGCSE English Literature and Language (100% A*- Cs). Therefore with a proven track record and a language-specific degree from one of the top universities in the world, my offer still stands.

If you wish to actually do an exchange, which is what I seek, please use the forum sensibly and contact me, otherwise please leave your wry, negative comments somewhere else.

Thanks

I don't do business cards Catalin...I'm not a businessman. I am not looking for profit. I am just a new person in Geneva trying to find my feet, give me a break. I am a qualified teacher of English, and I have a lot of pleased, successful students and parents because of this fact.

I was simply looking to offer a language exchange, as I want to learn French.  I have no idea what the purpose of your negative posts are or who you are, but they do reveal a strange spite in you that is wholly unwarranted. What are you means, I wonder?

Now for everyone else, as aforementioned, if anyone is seriously interested in an exchange, lessons, or to even offer formal French lessons, please let me know as soon as you can. I look forward to hearing from you.

Best wishes.

Chris

Haha wonderful. You can't knock someone for a typo by doing the same thing.

:-)
