Please post here your interest in a Fleemarket.

I have to rent the room for Fr. 100.-- so depending on the participants we have to share the participation cost, I guess we'll be around 20, so it will be only Fr. 5.--.

Great idea. Where can you find buyers? It is a lot of work to get things organized even just to sell items.

We participated International Children's cloth and toy sale twice per year. Which was in such organization and management. We have to go out deliver flyers to attract buyers. In addition, this is an event going on in Geneva for sometime. Even Geneva people know about.

Anyway, if you could get it go, I will try to bring some stuff, either my daughter's dresses or some of mine. Thanks

hi!!

a suggestion.. Maybe we can set up a table at the fete de la rues which will start soon. I dont think we need to pay anything to set up the stall. and it is on a number of roads.. so we can have it more than once. ps, the fete is held only on weekends. :)

I live in Eaux Vives only metres away from where the fete de Rue takes place. I definitely prefer the idea of the fete de rue, because it is easier for me to get my stuff there, costs nothing, and has a guaranteed 'audience' so to speak.

et votez dans le Facebook groupe (commentaires) si vous preferez qu'on organise nos table aux Eaux Vives ou bien à Plainpalais, regardez bien le plan, peut-etre le mieux c'est qu'une personne de notre groupe habite à côté des rues indiqués, si jamais il pleut.

Qui peut organiser des grandes tables ?

I live in one of the streets that is used for the Eaux Vives fete de Rue and am happy to play host.  I want to see if maybe I can arrange to hire one of the tables that they lay out for the fete, so that there is some space for us to lay out stuff. I have a heap of books in English that people donated last time to sell for charity, as well as clothes etc.  Anyone have a portable-ish standalone mirror?
