I'm learning french too, I didn't find anyone to do this with face to face but now use http://www.easylanguageexchange.com/ where I can video chat. Maybe it could help you if your still looking.

My name is Sonia, I'm french and I live in Geneva (Eaux-Vives) for 10 years. I'm a certified french teacher for foreigners, but I don't teach for 2 years any more. I like french-english exchanges to improve my english, but especially to make new friends.
