I currently take daily French classes(lots of grammar) at around A2/B1 level. I would like to get more practice on speaking. I already have one amazing exchange partner with whom I do regular skype exchange once a week. Ideally, I am looking for something similar. Face to face will also work if you live near Lausanne/Vevey area.

Hello Ayako, I wonder if you are still looking for skype exchange , your Japanese for French? My 17 years old daughter is very much interested to learn Japanese, she has taken a few Japanese courses last summer but due to her hectic schedule at school, she had to put it aside. She is bilingual English and French as her first language. We live in Geneva. just 5 minutes walk from the railway station and we have Skype connection so its possible bothways.
