A group of 4 or 5 people to be involved in this exchange is perfect (more might get complicated to organise) so that there is more chance of someone being available if the others are not free.
We'll each get a pick-up credit each time we pick someone up from the airport and this can be used, say within 6 months, to ask someone in the group to pick you from the airport.
I'm limiting it to pickups FROM the airport to anywhere within Geneva canton (at least to start with). I know some people will end up driving further than others but I'm not proposing something that's an exact science just a way of helping each other out (and saving on the increasingly high taxi fares within Geneva!).
