Hi, It's an old post but I just got to exchange forum and was browsing. AcroYoga sounds interesting. I never heard before. I do Shivannanda, which is very soft but always open to new experiences.

I'm doing a course of Thai massage and would be interested for the exchange of Thai massage practice on you against intro to AcroYoga to me. Are you still in for it?
