I am leaving Switzerland and am looking to transfer my Orange phone contract to another person. I have a plan of 30 mins, 90SMS, 1 GB data. The contract lasts until October 2014. The contract is worth 500 CHF but I am willing to sell on my contract for 200 CHF. A phone is not included. In order to transfer contract both I am the other party would need to go to an Orange store with IDs.

How is it possible a mobile abonnement is worth anything, norally it is a liability or your obligated to keep the subscription for a period of time. Which includes a heafty mothly service charge, so people enter into these contracts to get a discount on a new mobile, like an iphone.
so im really curious what ORANGE offered you to make it valuable to stay with them if it was not a new mobile.
