Your French for a photo (or video) shooting.

Need volunteer to help me with his / her good French to edit a video about the Broken Chair.

Hi everybody! I am a professional cameraman / video editor.
I am producing a short, reportage style, TV story about the Broken Chair wooden sculpture at Place des Nations.

It is an unpaid project, which I create to showcase - pitch an idea for a longer (and hopefully paid) TV program.

We took some interviews in French from tourists and locals around the monument, talking about how they believe that this art piece brings public awareness on the Ottawa Treaty to ban landmines.

I do not speak good French so I need help to "cut" the 2 - 3 minutes answers down to the most interesting sound bits. The one who could volunteer to help me will have to spent 2 - 3 hours to watch with me the video footage we have, take notes and then decide which parts we keep for the final cut. In total we have 5 interviewees and each one talks for 5 minutes.

After deciding which parts we will keep, I need help to write the subtitles in English. I guess we will have to write 5 X two or three sentences.

Ideally, I should finish it today or tomorrow Sunday before 11:00 a.m.
We can work at my home office (near centre sportif de Varembé) or anywhere I can come. At home I am working on a big MacPro. If I have to work to another place, you must have a laptop or desktop (not necessarily a Mac).

I do not have any budget for this 2 - 3 hours work but in return I can offer a free half - day photo shooting or video capture with my pro equipment.
Here is my show reel: https://vimeo.com/104709523

If you can help at any time today Saturday, please e-mail at [email protected] or sent me a text (SMS) at my mobile +41 (0) 79 524 29 80.
I do not mind coming over to e.g. Coppet, Nyon, etc as I have the AG card from CFF.

Thanks for reading this!
