mid December I will leave Geneva to move in Norway, therefore I need to practice my very basic Norwegian with someone mothertongue!
I am native Italian with very good knowledge of French.

that's great! I have to tell you that I have just started to study Norwegian (on my own), so I'm in a very basic level.
