can I use your lawnmower?

I know that might sound a little random, but I am new to GVA as of three weeks ago (I am one of those UN interns). You all have some magic grass to go with all that rain. I am trying to do a favor for my landlady by cutting her grass, so she does not have to come across town to do it. It is just a small square of grass in the back of our apartment. So if you live near Bellevue and would not mind - I can give you money for the gas & convenience.
