that's my speciality..of course i don't know all the pastries but a little..

I would also love to learn to make pastries and breads. I have some guarded recipes I am willing to share too.

well i really need to know the basics first.. i love brown bread, but the loaves u get in the supeer markets are just too small.. :P

baking soda & baking powder : ) ok, you can, but don't say I didn't warn ya!
For this winter.. why not start a cooking/baking exchange, taking turns in our homes! I'm up for it if you are! we can exchange or make something complex together in case that hard-looking recipe looked too much for one person to conquer.

I can do sushi..but that'd be too easy.. cuz no cooking required (hahaha!)

Hey, I'm a chef and have a few close guarded recipes i would be willing to share. I love cooking and would love to add indian cookery to my experience!

I have an excellent brown bread recipe, and quite a few nice pastry ones!

hi there, saw the post too late to join. I love to bake and try new receipes each week (most of them chocolate as they are everyone's favourite) so if you wanted to do another session, my kitchen would be open to anyone's interested (double chocolate brownie or tarte tatin anyone ?)
