We limit the age to 23+ cos when we talk to GoLers (where the average age is around 30), the majority of them say that prefer it this way.
There are indeed 150 or so folks under 23 on the community, but these are folks who joined before we started the 23+ limit. No new members who are under 23 (unless people lie about their age) are accepted.
