I’ve been told that there’s a shop in Ferney-Voltaire whose prices are quite a bit cheaper than the Geneva outlets.  However, I don’t know its name or location but perhaps someone else does.

How tall are you Bert? I have a bike I haven't used in 2 years in my garage. I assume you're Dutch like myself so probably tall enough for it. 

Both tires are flat and it's in Chambesy, so either you need to repair it here or transport it to your place.

The bike association Pro Velo organises several bike sales (bourses aux vélos) per year - everybody can sell their bike there and you can find good stuff if you're lucky. But you would have to wait a bit as the next one is only in March....

This is the cheapest in Geneva but you might have to make several trip as they might not have what you are looking for
