Thank you Nanou and Giovanni for coaching me and running at my own pace on Saturday morning for this 1h/10km run in the lovely Geneva countryside ! It was really great. We need to do it more often. With this training i am more confident that i will make it at the semi-marathon. Thank you again for encouraging me.
