First , i would suggest you to consult with farmacy , they have different kinds of shampoo for anti hair loss , which can simply solve your problem , but hair loss can be from stress , or 

Heredity factors

Ageing

Hormonal Imbalance

Illness and infectious diseases

Nervous disorders

Toxic substances

Injury and impairment

Severe radiation

So it's up to you , to try the farmacy first or if you think it can be serious , go to dermatologue .

Neda, I would suggest you to make an appointment with trichologist at HUG (the central hospital). But you need to wait for 2-3 weeks for your appointment.

I don't know about your status, but speaking from personal experience, being in a healthy relationship helps a lot. So, find yourself a good man. I can't imagine anyone as attractive as you having problems in this respect.
