David, do you mean adding photos to an activity?
you just need to go to the activity page and underneath the description you have the option of adding photos.

Hi David
We don't have an independant 'Photo Albums' function on glocals - only photo albums for activities / events that are posted in the Things to Do section.
If you organized or attended an activity that was posted on glocals and you want to upload photos from that activity, go to the activity page and click on the 'Add Photos' link.
