I have a few students coming over to Geneva/Lausanne. They are between 18 - 22. Is anyone aware of any businesses that open themselves up for visits or tours? This could include very large business with factories etc rather than admin.

I don't know for certain, but the watchmakers Patek Philippe are PR-minded so they may be able to help. You could try Rolex as well.
Are you also including visitis to UN and the ICRC, etc. ? The Reformation Museum (behind the Cathedral) helps to put the 'spirit of Geneva' into context.

In Vevey there is the headquarters of Nestlé and I trust a visit could be organized.
Also, not a business address per but while in the Lausanne area, there is the headquarters of the International Olympic Committee, in nice surroundings by the lake. There is the museum part to visit but perhaps an 'extended' visit to the Organization can be arranged ?
