Just enjoying a good cup of rooibos tea............but that will definitely be followed by a glass or two of local produce - er, local to us in France that is, probably Bordeaux region!

Sometimes called "red bush tea" - direct translation from Afrikaans.
Deliciously healthy without tannin or caffeine. Take a little getting used to though.
But once smitten, you will probably never drink anything else [except under sufferance]
