Hi all,
Just joined the forum, having moved to Geneva last summer, and wondering if there are any active rowers on here?
I rowed/sculled in the UK, and I've been training with the Societe Nautique de Geneve since moving here, but it seems to be a very minority sport here which I was a bit surprised by given the number of expats!
So, any ex-rowers in Geneva who fancy getting back into it let me know - the club has a really good (English- and French-speaking) coach and better facilities than most UK clubs, so the more the merrier! :)

Sorry, just wanted to add, I would love to hear from anyone rowing at any of the other Swiss rowing clubs! Would be good to meet up at some of the regattas in the summer!

Well I've had one person keen to find out more getting in touch :) Anyone else?
Just to give you an idea, we have 2 men's and one women's 8+ training at the moment for the Head of the River races in London in March, but if you want to do some racing in the summer whether in a single, an eight, or anything in between, then now is the time to come down and get back into training! ;)
