I got a letter saying I am entitled to use their services but I have not tried yet. I was actually going to ask the same question.

OK, I can report a good experience! The whole process went through with no issues :-)

From memory it took quite a while to get the course approved (over a month) but took less than a week to pay up when I put in the claim afterwards.

Hi I used them for language courses and applied half way through the course, omce I provided my documents they were quick to pay and reachable by email and phone!
