Brabeck is an amateur... I know highly brilliant business drivers that are actively seeking a practical way to charge the air for breathing. Next step will be a royalty for the right of using one's brain... brains will be sim-locked from the beginning and one will pay-per-usage. Probably some people will spend very little lol

I had the chance to hear Brabeck speak recently about the work of the Water Resources Group (a non profit, non political org.) Very interesting and provocative.
If you want a more balanced view of what Brabeck is trying to get at with the concept of "charging for water", here is some material you can look at.
